New Ministry Position @ Central

Central is excited to offer an opportunity to a bright, creative and outgoing individual who loves to engage with new people, and to connect them with one another. We have so many new and amazing individuals and groups coming onto our campus, whether for church activities or through one of the Central Westside Initiatives. We need you to help us meet them, and help them meet each other.

The Connections Minister of Central Christian Church is responsible for the design,  management and execution of the connectional relationship mechanisms with the congregation, campus and community. This position reports to the Senior Minister and serves in a collaborative team approach. The primary responsibilities are Church Growth – visitor attraction, connection, and integration; Children, Youth and Family Connections, Care & Education; Campus and Community Connections – engagement with those on and off campus who have connected with us in some way. This person will also recruit, train, lead and organize volunteers who serve in these areas.
